RUMSCHIK - Joseph J.
February 25, 2023 - Devoted husband of 61 years to Margaret M. "Peggy" (nee Rembold) Rumschik. Loving father of Suzanne M. (Ronald) McMillan, Joseph J. Jr., Daniel J. (Jennifer), William C. (Anna) and Molly Anna (Gunnar) Lenihan. Dear grandfather of 10 grandchildren. Brother of the late Robert, Bernard, Paul Rumschik and Anne Marie Hawkins. Brother in law of Mary Rumschik, Betty Ann (late Larry) Murphy and the late Fred W. Rembold. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc.,911 Englewood Ave. on Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM. All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church (263 Claremont Ave.) on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Joseph was an Electrician with the Local 41 IBEW for many years and was an altar server in local parishes for over 70 years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's memory to Erie County SPCA or Ten Lives Club. Please share condolences at
