Of Lackawanna, NY, December 8, 2020; loving wife of John "Jack"; beloved companion for many years to the late James Hardwick; dearest daughter of the late John and Clara (nee Gardner) Delecki; cherished sister of Robert (Cindy), David (Rose), Diane (Tom) Kalinka, Donna (late Robert) Santiago, Carol (Stephen) Sabuda, James (Camille), Susan Costello, Anne Marie (Louis) Vertino, late John and late Maryann; beloved god-mother of Anne Marie, Eric, Louis and Adam; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. Services from THE COLONIAL MEMORIAL CHAPELS, INC. 3003 S. Park Ave., Lack., NY on Sunday, from 3-7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, on Monday, at 10:30 AM (please assemble at church).

So sorry to hear the news of Kathy´s passing. Grew up with Kathy and her brothers and sisters in the St. Hyacinth´s / Lackawanna community - the Deleckis were an integral part of every church gathering since I can remember. I saw Kathy with Donna and Renee at the Small Boat Harbor! She was so happy...nothing new! Kathy was a great example of love for family, taking care of others, selfless, giving and a wonderful, beautiful human being...inside and out! Will miss you May you Rest In Peace Kathy
