Of Dunkirk, NY; passed away peacefully at the age of 54. Beloved son of Kathleen (nee Ross) and the late James Kowal; dearest brother of Jonathan Kowal and Jane Kowal; adored great-nephew of Shirley (late Will) LaBelle, Helen (late Florian) Marciniak and Leonard (Patricia) Marciniak; dear nephew of Jimmy (Sue) Ross; he will be sadly missed by his dog, Josie, and many cherished family and friends. Kenneth was a Technology Teacher, Athletic Director and Bowling Coach at Brocton Central School District for 28 years. Kenny enjoyed to visit his family and friends, online gaming, fantasy football, and was a fan of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres and New York Yankees. The family will be present Thursday and Friday from 5-8 PM at the Zurbrick-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 5615 Broadway, Lancaster. Family and friends are invited to assemble Saturday at 11 AM to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 1 St. Mary Hill, Lancaster, NY 14086. Entombment to follow in St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue or the Lakeshore Humane Society.
