Of Wheatfield, NY January 24, 2023. Beloved wife of Scott E. Simon. Loving mother of Nicholas, Lauren and Noah. Dear daughter of Philip (Sue Zinkievich) and the late Bonnie D'Auria. Sister of Cheryl (Aaron) Rozek and Brian (Angela) D'Auria. Aunt of Alexandra, Brendan, Chelsea, Claire, Julia, Justin and Morgan. Daughter in law of Mark and Phyllis Simon. Sister in law of Jodi (Brian) Gerhard. Friends may call Tuesday 1-8 pm at the Lester H. Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home 3290 Delaware Ave. where Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am. A devastating loss to all that knew Mrs. Simon and for those who did not have the chance to. Mrs. Simon was our son´s 4th grade teacher. She is the reason he is studying to be a History teacher at UB. Thank you Mrs. Simon!

Kristin and I were wellness warriors at Lindbergh. We supported each other through the wellness committee and questioned everything about what´s in our food to the Big Pharma steam roller. We collaborated during Covid to create on line activities for teachers to distress. She has earned her light in heaven and she is now guiding her beautiful family.
