Mrs. Bertram was my 4th grade teacher at Holmes Elementary School. My big brother passed away the summer before I had her as my teacher and I remember how extraordinarily kind she was. May she rest in the light of God's glory. She was a wonderful woman and I was blessed to have her during that time of my life!

I'm the librarian at Brighton Place. Lois was one of my favorite patrons here. I will miss joking around with her and sharing ideas about books and movies. She was a sweet, sweet lady.

So sad to hear of her passing. Some of her students had lunch with her and Mrs. Benzel (passed away 2/2/22) a few years ago. It was wonderful to reminisce back to Abraham Lincoln School and third grade. God rest her soul
