Loris WILLERT Obituary
January 30, 2021. Loving daughter of the late Norman and Bessie (nee Bassler) Willert; dearest twin of the late Doris (Richard) Crooks and sister of the late Donald Willert; adored aunt of Renee Willert Lenz, Donald (Cris) Willert, Jr., Craig (Kristin) Willert, Richard (Judy) Crooks, Jr., Robert (Chris) Crooks, Michelle Willert and Andrea (Tom) Clark along with nine great-nieces and nephews; sister-in-law of Peggy Willert. A graduate of the University of Buffalo, Loris taught physical education for many years in both the Kenmore and Wheatfield school districts. No prior visitation, a Celebration of Life will be held this summer to fondly recall the memories of Loris' life. Arrangements by THE DIETRICH FUNERAL HOME, INC. My deepest condolences to all of Lori´s family as I just found out about her passing. I was Lori´s last student teacher in her well respected teaching career. She insisted on only perfection and safety at all times. Lori always stated that she GAVE me that "A" which I always corrected her with my response of, "I earned that A!" Over all the years of her student teachers, it was the only "A" ever issued. We remained friends for years and enjoyed lots of activities. I´m sorry we lost contact the last few years but she was often thought of and spoken fondly about. You will be greatly missed!

her coming to my grandmothers cottage in Port Mailtland Ontario with my Aunt Dora and Uncle Rich. She would always organize games and sporting activities for us kids. She was a unique and wonderful person. I know she will be missed

I remember Loris from when I worked at Hamilton Elementary School. She was a sweet lady and I have thought of her often over the years. Prayers for your family, I know you will be missed!
