Marilyn PARDO Obituary

PARDO - Marilyn Jean

(nee Stanley)

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2017. Born in Buffalo, NY on July 29, 1939, she was the loving mother of Jorge Pardo (Barbara Gettle) of Lititz, PA, Noel Pardo (Kyle) of Marion, MA, and Eric (Jodalyn) Pardo of Buffalo, NY; dearest grandmother of Maria (Toni), Julia, Michael, and Laura; cherished sister of Patricia (Raymond) Naber and Thea Zastempowski; beloved daughter of the late Theodore and Bertha Zastempowski. Marilyn was a graduate of Mount St. Mary Academy and Erie County Technical Institute. She will be remembered for her kindness, her giving spirit, her sense of humor, and her excellent Polish cooking. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Cathedral, 50 Franklin St., Buffalo, NY, on Saturday, January 20 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations on her behalf may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
