(nee Taylor)
Died peacefully in her home June 29, 2025 in East Aurora, NY. Wife of the late William "Bill" Dann; survived by sons Jake (Donna) and Mike (Kelly Higgins) Dann; grandchildren Jesse, Ashley (Ian Ward), Lindsey, and Katie Dann; predeceased by parents, Peach and Reg Taylor. Arrangements by WOOD FUNERAL HOME, East Aurora, NY. The family will have a private service at Forest Lawn. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to either The Park School of Buffalo at www.givecampus.com/campaigns/37952/donations/new or to Beaver Meadow Audubon Center at buffaloaudubon.networkforgood.com/projects/253907-cultivating-wonder. Taddy walked our adjacent woods with her trusted companion, and it was always a raucous meeting when our Labrador met up with hers. Great laughter and excitement and, of course, followed by a report of her latest bird sightings and beaver activities. She was always on the go and her spirit remains in our woods and hearts forever. This lady was remarkably interesting beginning in her early days as a lacrosse player and teacher to her love of nature and its preservation especially at Beaver Meadow . We loved her energy and this neighborhood has lost a precious one of a kind gem.
