I was a student of Marty in the late 70s. Not only was she my favorite teacher, but she became my friend and she touched my life in ways that I will never forget. Ill never forget her smile and the long conversations we shared after school. God bless

I was saddend to hear that Marty had died. One of my friends back in Buffalo just informed me.
Marty was the best. Hey, we were engaged ! We went together for 8 years back there in wonderful Buffalo.
We have'nt been in touch over the years. I'm out here, a retired ophthalmologist, with my wife Suzanne, 2 sons and 6 grandchildren.
Just knowing that she's no longer among the living is very saddening for me.

I was a student of Martha's in the early 90's. She was one of my favorite teachers throughout my years of schooling. Her kind heart and sense of humor will surely be missed. My condolences to Peter and her entire family.
