DEAR MR. PHILLIPS, DAVE, MARK, & JANET, SO SORRY TO HEAR THIS SAD NEWS. YOUR WIFE-MOM...I REMEMBER HER TO BE VERY SWEET & SOFT-SPOKEN. ALMOST ALL OF OUR GRANT ST. NEIGHBORS ARE GONE NOW, BUT WHAT WONDERFUL CHILDHOOD MEMORIES I HAVE. I BELIEVE WE GREW UP IN THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD EVER; & THE PHILLIPS FAMILY MADE GRANT ST. VERY SPECIAL. THINKING OF YOU... JOANNE

So sorry to hear of Mary Ann's passing. She was the grandma across the street! And shared a birthday and occassional Easter with Zack! A part of our lives since the 50's! She is remembered with joy and affection...

Aunt Em..My heart is broken. I will miss her and I am sorry she is gone. She was always so kind, very giving, compassionate, and very dear to all the Aldinger's. How we were blessed to have her as our next door neighbor and dear friend. OOOOh..the candy she used to give us! Everyday, Brian, April, Nathan, and I would knock on Aunt Em's door and raid her candy closet. She never refused us any sweets.. I loved her..My condolences to the Phillips family. GOD Bless her soul now. She was very loved. One of sweetest woman I'll ever meet in my life.
