POSTHUMUS - Mary L. (nee George) September 20, 2008, age 91, a resident of Strykersville, NY for 57 years; beloved wife of the late Lawrence M.; devoted mother of Elaine (Michael) Almeter, Dianne (John) Stinson and Julie (James) Niziol; sister of the late Charles (late Helen) George and the late Magdalene (late Joseph) Ortner, late Anthony, late Paul (late Dorothy) and the late Giles George; also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Queen of the Rosary RC Church, Main Street, Strykersville, on Friday, October 3 at 11:00 AM. Private interment in St. Marys Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY, 14227 or to the Strykersville Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
