Mary Balsamel Saviola passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, at the age of 104. Beloved wife of the late Frank E. Saviola; loving mother of Edie (late Stephen) Brower, James Saviola (Paula Cooley) and the late Geraldine Saviola and Lisa Carbone; mother-in-law of Philip Carbone; cherished grandmother of Peter (Rebecca) and Luke (Joyce) Brower; Nicholas and Kristen Carbone, Julianna Saviola, Mariella Saviola (Travis Molnoskey) and Natalie Saviola; adored great-grandmother of Liam and Sylvia Boyle, Zachary, Sebastian, Kai and the late Keira Brower; dear aunt of Carol Beaver, Richard Balsamel and the late Linda Balsamel Bond. Family and friends may call on Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 4–6 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville, NY where memories of Mary's warmth, wit, and hospitality will be shared. There will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Lisa Carbone Endowed Fund for Breast Cancer Research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
