Of Amherst, at age 69. Beloved husband of 42 years to Linda (nee Martin) Lynett; devoted father of Kerry (Peter) Johnston, Kelly (Brian) McEachon and Matthew (Kate) Lynett; loving son of the late Leo and Ellinor (nee White) Lynett; cherished grandfather of Trevor, Sydney, Kassidy, Roger, Sophie and Piper; dear brother of Kathy (Bill) Lintner, Mary Beth (Bob) Malmshiner, Leo Lynett and the late Mark Lynett; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Matt loved hockey and golf. He was known for his huge heart, love for his family and his beloved Bills and Sabres. A celebration of Matthew's life will be held in the upcoming month to remember him and his loving way. In lieu of flowers, and in honor of a great man, go home and love your family.
