Loving husband of Joanne Becker and loving father of Caitlin Barry. A dedicated sailor, Mike was a Past Commodore of the Buffalo Yacht Club as well as a Past Commodore of the Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club. He spent his time teaching others how to sail and could often be found racing sailboats alongside his friends and family. Services being held privately for the family. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Mike's name to the Buffalo Yacht Club Foundation. Arrangements by the F.E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, Orchard Park. Mike was truly a gentleman sailor. He was a well-respected member of the PHRF-LE committee for many years. He became a good friend and will be missed.

Mike's high standards intellect are already missed by everyone who knows him or had the benefit of his work. He graciously, generously gave his time and talents to sailors new and experienced, young and old.
It is an honor to have known someone as outstanding as Mike.
