Beloved husband of 39 years to Martha Anne (nee Merck) Grano; loving father of Lisa (Jaremy) Perry, Andrea (David) Thaxton, Michelle Grano, Annie (Zachary) Downs and Michael (Emily) Grano, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Elijah, Liam, Colin, Noah, Clara, Benjamin and Daphne; caring brother of David (Jacqueline) Grano, Joseph (Ann) Grano Jr., Angela (Timothy) Downing, Robert (Jaime) Grano and the late Glenn and John Grano; beloved son of the late Joseph and Ann Grano; dear brother-in-law of Joseph (Jack) Merck, Barbara (Kenneth) Goloski, Donald (late Karen) Merck, Joan (John) DiBartolomeo, Susan (Clarence) Diebel, Carol Merck and the late James (Donna) Merck; dearest son-in-law of the late Joseph and Martha Merck; also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family will be present on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner of Hopkins Road). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday from St. Gregory the Great Church, 200 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville at 8:45 AM. Please share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com.

My deepest condolences to the Grano family , especially to Martha. Mike was a dear friend which I enjoyed his humor and wonderful sincere laugh. (smiling now thinking of him). It was a pleasurer & blessing to have had such a wonderful friend.
