Dearest Chris, Debbie & Jean,
Words cannot express just how much Nikki meant to me and how much I will miss her. Nikki was there for me whenever I needed her to be. She always, always made my birthday special for me. Two or three days before this past birthday (August 23), she called and told me I would be "stuck with her" on Thursday. She didn't come over that often since she moved out to Collins, so I was looking forward to seeing her. Only when I realized that Thursday was my birthday did I understand why she was coming over. Again, she remembered my birthday and came over to help me celebrate it. She bought me a single rose, which was still in its vase in my living room when I received word of Nikki's passing. That rose opened up so beautifully, and I saved it for as long as I could. It represented the love I know Nikki had for me. I loved her so much and I will miss her tremendously. My heart goes out to all of you, and my prayers are with you as each day goes by.
Love,

Nikki,
I just wanted to leave this to express how much you meant to me. I loved you so very much, you were the sister I always wanted. Thank you so very much for everything you have done for me and my family, you were always there for us. I just wish I was as good of a friend. I will never find another friend/sister like you. I still don't know what I am going to do without you. I love you.

Chris, Jean, Debra and family -
So sorry for the loss of Nicole. I miss her sweet voice. I will always remember how she rescued me many times when I was in an unexpected crisis by helping me with lost and abandoned animals I would find. She had such a sincere and deep love of animals and people. She did everything she could to help them if needed. She was truley a gentle and loving person. I am so grateful Nicole and I will always keep you in my heart for all you did for me. I hope I let you know how much I really appreciated it.

My heart aches for your loss. Nikki always had a smile that would infect you and make you have one even if you didn't want to have one. Life has one more good memory and that was Nikki.

Hi Nikki's loved ones, I'm more commonly known as Tatertots in the PC game World of Warcraft. Nikki was one of my best friends, we'd actually planned to all get together to meet & have fun at blizzcon next year. The world of Azeroth in game is more lonely now. I've never been good at making friends but Nikki has a way of making everyone feel welcome. Tonite we held an online memorial for her. We had a full 40 man raid (even then not everyone was on), it was very nice, I only wish that I could be there, due to my job & circumstances I can't. So many fun times we had & I'm grateful to have known her, being friends with her, & though I never met her she has enriched my life more than you can know. She was a superb player & an awesome friend. Please take care & when the service is held someone please send her a kiss & huggle from me. I love that woman & I'm gonna miss her hard core. My only regret is that I never had the chance to meet her in person. Take care. Nikki, when its my turn to go, I hope to see you. Love ya always & forever, Tater.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
