Of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Helen (nee Zak). Dearest father of Larry (Christine) and the late David Rutkowski. Cherished grandfather of Holly Nicole Rutkowski. Also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Thursday to receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m., at the NEW COMER CREMATIONS & FUNERALS, 5090 Transit Rd., Depew, NY 14043. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10 a.m., at Queen of Martyrs Church. Please assemble at the church. Norbert was a proud Army veteran of the Korean War, member of the American Legion Francis J. Donovan Post #1626, owner of the Four R Construction and Urban Pizza, Past President of the Town of Cheektowaga Employees Association, retiree of the Town of Cheektowaga, Cub and Boy Scout Leader at Queen of Martyrs and former member of the Southtown Walleye Association. Flowers gratefully declined, if desired, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Online condolences may be shared at www.newcomerbuffalo.com.
