Age 94, wife of the late Donald Hartinger; mother of Barbara (Hans) Garzon of Austria and the late Robert Bastedo (Rosemary); sister of Donna Whitmire and the late Lawrence, James, and Charles Shields, Janet Blaszczak, Florence Fitscher, and Lucille Hughes; grandmother of 7; great-grandmother of 7; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Patricia was a member of the Ladies Sodality and a Eucharistic Minister at Blessed Trinity. She was much loved, and her fun-loving and caring personality was enjoyed by the company of her very close friends and family. Memorials in Patricia Hartinger's name may be made to Niagara Co. SPCA. Relatives and friends may call on Sunday from 2-6 pm at VANDERCHER & DICK FUNERAL HOME, 2549 Main St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Trinity Church 317 Leroy Ave., on Monday at 11 am. Aunt Pat, that's how I knew her, she was best friends with my best friends mother, Nana Mary. She was always kind, generous and I am so grateful to have known her. Rest in peace and I'm sure you are so glad to be reunited with your bestie Mary.
