Pete, Sorry to hear about Pat. Although it has been a very long time since I last saw him, I can hear his voice clearly in my mind now. It makes me smile. We spent a great deal of time together in high school. Actually, we first met on the little league Giants baseball team. I have many good memories of Pat. My high school experience was richer from him being a part of it. I regret never having told him that.

It was 1982, here in Phoenix, after dating for over a year that we decided to call off our engagement. You, shortly thereafter, moved back to New York. How happy I am that we remained friends over all these years and stayed connected through Facebook and your visits back here. I will always treasure our memories and the great times we shared. May you now fly free with the angels and rock Styx tunes for the heavens. Pete, my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
