ANDRUCZYK - Paul A.
August 8, 2021, of Orchard Park, at age 80. Beloved husband of Irene (nee Piecuch) Andruczyk; devoted father of James (Rachel) and David (Tori) Andruczyk; loving grandfather of Emily, Ethan and Alec Andruczyk; dear brother of Judith Andruczyk and the late Patricia Frey. Paul was a graduate of Bishop Ryan High School and received his Masters Degree from Buffalo State College. As an elementary teacher in the Buffalo School System, he participated in the Teacher Corps Program. This led to his joining Buffalo State as an Audio Visual Telecommunications Coordinator. He received the Golden Bengal Service Award (Outstanding Service to Athletics) in 1995-1996. He retired as the interim Director of Instructional Resources of Buffalo State College in the early 2000's. He especially enjoyed recording Bengals football games and graduations. Paul was active with the Bishop Ryan Alumni and organized their annual reunions for many years. He was also an avid golfer who served as treasurer for the Buffalo Golf Club at the Grover Cleveland Golf Course. Paul is noted for his sense of humor, easy going demeanor, and willingness to help family and friends whenever needed. He will be dearly missed by them all. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9 PM and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Orchard Park Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 6170 W. Quaker St. (just East of Rt. 219). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM from Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorne Ave., Orchard Park. All are asked to assemble at church. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Cheektowaga, NY. Friends invited.
