Steinig family;Linda,Jeff, Kevin, Paula and all. So Sorry to hear of Paul's passing. He was truly a special individual. Always happy and generous with his time; teaching us all to water ski, sharing his perch catch of the day and enjoying a Long Beach sunset. Our sincere condolences. He will be missed.

I need to take a moment to express my condolences to the family of Mr. Paul Steinig. Some of my friends and family know what a great person he was, but very few know that he was my first "boss" at Cheektowaga Central. He was my first Athletic Director and was responsible for my opportunity to begin coaching which eventually led to my career as a teacher and thus gave me the opportunity to become a teacher, coach, and friend to many of you.
Godspeed Boss and thank you for giving me my first shot.

R.I.P. coach,
Jason Krasinski

Linda & Family:
So sorry to hear about the passing of Paul. Bobbie and I will miss him dearly; after all you and he were our only companions at Long Beach in the quiet months of May and September. And, of course, we will and have missed his warm and loyal friendship all summer long.
The beach has not been the same without his continually daily-working appearance on your Beach properties.
He was a dear friend and will be sorely missed by all.

Sincerely,

Vince Holland

Mr. Steinig was my kindergarten gym teacher at the "old" Pine Hill School and in later years was my athletic director at CCHS, He took a chance on me when I applied for the varsity swim coach position in the early 90's and supported my efforts to build a top notch girls varsity swim program. He was a great coach and mentor at CCHS. My condolences to his family.
