My earliest memories are of my loving brother and how much I looked up to you. Everything I did as a child was made bigger and better by your interest and words of encouragement. My big brother. You gave me my first watch and always made me feel important. When you left the mountain and moved to Buffalo, not a Christmas went by that you didn't send a package to your little sisters and parents. You always thought of others and Mother and Dad had so much pride in you. Even when you went to Korea you thought of your family and all your letters were read out before dinner to your little sisters and Mom would cry and we'd all be crying, too. Every visit home over the years was a celebration and the minute I knew you were coming with your family the time slowed and when you arrived the time flew past. No amount of time would have been enough. I have your wonderful children to remember you by and they are a loving group that makes me feel loved and special just like you always did. You are missed every day and soon we will all be together again. Another celebration.
