Barb and Family,
Just recently heard about Dick's passing. He was one of my favorite Mayor's during the old government days. Their wasn't a time that I saw him that he didn't make me laugh. My condolences to the Carlson family.

Not only was Richard the "Mayor", but to Newcomb-Long American Legion Post 928, Derby NY he was once our Commander and Chief. Richard is now Blessed, as he has blessed us all.
