Richard FLIS Obituary
Of Blasdell, entered into rest on January 14, 2021; dearest husband of the late Joan Flis; beloved companion of Linda Patronik; devoted father of Richard T. (Theresa) Flis; loving step-father of Scott (Trisha) and Jason Patronik; cherished grandfather of Zaccary and Richard E. Flis; dear Poppy of Luke, Kaitlyn, Josie, and Ethan Patronik; also survived by his fur baby Taffy, other family members, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Wednesday, from 5-7 PM, for a gathering in Richard's memory where a Funeral Service will immediately follow with Military Honors. Mr. Flis was a retired State Trooper, a US Army Veteran, a member of the Springers Sportsman Club, an avid fisherman and hunter. Pursuant to NYS guidelines, occupancy limitation will be observed.
