Susan, I never got to meet you but you are your dads' PRINCESS I worked with BOB {as we all called him} at Fosters Insurance on Niagara Street and you could'nt ask for a better co-worker he always talked about living on Trenton Street back in the days. Also about Mrs Schriber (his Aunt,our Principal) at Public school #3 I loved working with BOB ; doing the taxes, dusting his home or going over to watch t.v. with him He always talked about his routine on Sundays with his brothers for church and then lunch . God Bob i am going to miss you. Friends forever ... you will be sadly missed I still cant believe it He was always looking forward to going to the cabin in canada somewhere refreshing he always said At the end Bob was telling me he has gotten sick and his wife (the late Rachael Sacco Godios) was taking care of him SO BEAUTIFUL....... DEAR RACHELLE AND SUSAN,
I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT BOB'S PASSING. HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS I HAVE EVER KNOWN IN MY LIFE. HE WILL BE MISSED DEARLY. HE WAS A DEAR FRIEND WITH A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR AND I ALWAYS HAD ALOT OF LAUGHTER WITH HIM. I AM VERY SORRY FOR MISSING OUT ON HIS SERVICES BUT I DID NOT FIND OUT UNTIL A FEW DAYS AGO. GOD COULD NOT HAVE PUT A BETTER PERSON ON THIS EARTH THAN BOB. HE WAS ALWAYS SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE KNOWN HIM. MY HEART IS BROKEN. Do sorry to hear about Bob's passing. I have such fond memories of him and Fourteenth Street. He was a warm, giving person, with always a smile on his face. You are in my thoughs and prayers.

Dear Susan, Rachelle & Dan,
Tony and I send our sincerest condolences. My heart is so sad, the funeral and speeches that everyone gave in church was a real testament of what a special, kind, gentle, loving man your father, husband, father-in-law was. He will be truly missed but thought of so dearly by everyone person he knew. A man like Bobby Godios doesn't come around very often in life. God created a "masterpiece" in him.

Rachelle & Susan, I am so sorry about your loss. Bob was a long time friend of my husband and he was a great person. As sick as he was he still called to see how I was doing after Dick died last year. My heart goes out to the whole Godios family. Joan Lunghino

MY MEMORIES OF BOB ARE MANY....WE WORKED TOGETHER AT LIBERTY BANK FOR MANY YEARS....WE WERE TEAM MATES ON THE SOFTBALL AND BOWLING TEAMS...HE WAS SUCH A GENTLE MAN...I DONT THINK I EVERY SAW HIM GET MAD AT ANYONE...IF YOU WERE HIS FRIEND...IT WAS A LIFE CONTRACT...I ACTUALLY GO BACK AS FAR AS GRAMMER SCHOOL WITH THE GODIOS FAMILY....GENE AND KENNY WERE IN MY CLASSES UP TILL 6TH GRADE AND BOB WAS A FEW YEARS AHEAD OF US AT PS3.....I KNOW BOB WILL BE MISSED...BUT HE COULD NOW BE YOUR GARDIAN ANGEL AND WATCH OVER ...RAY, SUSAN AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY....GOD BLESS BOB.......JIM CONCIALDI

There are few people in life that can touch you in such a way, that you believe in love and kindness. Uncle Bob remembered birthdays, asked about family members, always had a smile on his face. He saw the positives, he saw the good in things that no one else would see. He was a blessing, a true blessing and he will be greatly missed. Dan and Susan, our deepest sympathy, we are better people for having known him .
