Of Depew. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Janis) Miner; Devoted father of Robin (David) Snead and Jay Miner; Loving grandfather of Arden Snead; Dear brother of the late Donald Miner; Brother-in-law of Ronald (Arlene) Janis. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation in the Cichon- Borgosz Funeral Home Inc., 4929 Broadway, Depew, Friday 2-6 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mother Teresa Parish at St. James Church, 469 Terrace Blvd., Depew, Saturday at 10 AM. Please assemble at Church. Bob was the past President and member of the former Buffalo Flour Club and Leon Hunting Camp. Flowers gratefully declined. Those wishing may make memorials to The Wounded Warriors Foundation.

Mr. Miner, I am saddened to hear this news. A big piece of my childhood was spent in your home and backyard as a friend of Jay's. And the trips you took us on to the family cabin/lake. Your dogs Teddy and Betch. And endless days perfecting our "sky hook" in your driveway with the make-shift basketball hoop you put up for Jay. You were a quiet staple of that end of the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Thank you for everything and my deepest condolences to Mrs. Miner, Jay, Robin and your extended family. Thinking of all of you.

We meet Bob for the first time when we were moving into our home next to them. He brought us a pizza and introduce his self. From that day forward we had a nice relationship. He will be missed by all his neighbors. Now he will look over all his family, neighbors, and his pet Brandy.
