August 29, 2022, age 99, of Cheektowaga, NY. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis A. (nee Murray) Nagowski; dearest father of Robert T. Jr. (Mary Ann) Nagowski, Kasha Petrea and Margaret (Robert) Deason; dear grandfather of Travis, Steven, Robin, Nicole, Kelly, Linda, Robert and great-grandfather of Charles, Tate, Emma-Leigh, Molly Mae, Marshall, Amelia, Natalie and Lucy; son of the late Aloizy and Marie (nee Knaszak) Nagowski; brother of the late John, William and Daniel; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends Thursday, September 1st, from 4-8 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 5090 Transit Rd. (south of Como Park Blvd., Depew), where Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11 AM. Inurnment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Nagowski was an Army Veteran of WWII and a retiree of the U.S. Postal Service.

Water Bill Owens spent many happy hours docked next to Bob and his boat. They became the best of friends and even though we moved away the two kept in touch. What a wonderful man....he will be missed by many...especially Water Bill.,
