Of Lockport; February 20, 1999; husband of Roxanne Kearns Peer; father of Jill Peer and Jack Peer of Lockport; brother of Dr. Richard (Janet) Peer of Williamsville, Patricia Hartnett of Kenmore, Bonnie (David) Seaman of Lockport and the late Ronald Peer; brother-in-law of Molly Peer of Lockport; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 at PRUDDEN AND KANDT FUNERAL HOME, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9:30 and 10 in St. Patrick's Church. Flowers gratefully declined. Mass intentions from any Catholic Parish appreciated or memorials to 'Peer Children Education Fund' C/O Marine Midland Bank, 150 Main St., Lockport, 14094.
