Of Lackawanna, NY. Beloved husband of Dawn (nee Flowers) Polanski; loving father of Melissa Musty and Alexander (Rebecca) Polanski; cherished grandpa of Nevaeh, Cayden, Genevieve, Destiny, James, Miah, and Madison; dearest son of the late Norman Sr. and Dorothy (nee Mazur) Polanski; dear brother of Norman Jr. (Therese) and Paul (Gail) Polanski; lifelong friend to Mark Suda and bonus Dad to Jeremy Michael Edwards; also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will be present on Wednesday from 2-7PM at the (Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3450 South Park Ave., where prayers will be said on Thursday morning at 8:45AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:15AM at Our Lady of Victory Basilica. To the family of Ron, as a great friend to my late brother John Radecki. Also great classmate and lunch buddy from LHS Class of 1977.
I'm truly sorry for your loss, as at times Ronnie was so funny, a great co-worker and friend to Jackie Radecki.
He's answering a higher calling but loved you all so much. And Ronnie is one of those guys you can never forget. May the good Lord bless you all. So sorry for hearing of your loss.
