March 8, 2023 at the age of 91; loving wife of 67 years to Anthony DeMarie; devoted mother of Michael DeMarie, Janice (Michael) Tripp, Lynda (Jay) Mostowy and the late Gregory; cherished grandmother of Michelle, David, Taylor, Maria, Marilyn, Michael, Joseph, Christopher and Emily; adored great-grandmother of Maddox and Roman; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present Friday, March 10th from 4-8 PM at the (Amherst Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5200 Sheridan Drive (corner Hopkins Road) where prayers will be offered on Saturday at 9:45AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM from St. Gregory the Great Church. Aunt Rose is my Godmother. She was always kind to me as a young boy, and I still have the rosary she gave me at my first communion. She once told me that she always remembered me in her prayers, and I have been touched by them throughout my life. I am sorry for your loss, and may she rest in peace.

De, Michael, Janice, Linda and the entire family.
Words cannot express the deep sadness and sorrow I feel at the passing of my loving sister Rosie. I know the love I have for her transcends this world into eternity and never dies but lives on forever. In this way we are always united and I take consolation in knowing she is at peace with Christ our Lord and the Blessed Mother. Our hearts are with you and the family during this most difficult time. Look to the stars above and you will see her...she is always with us.
