Of Montecito, CA (formerly of West Seneca, NY). Son of William J. and Ethel (nee Locking) Poppenberg. Husband of John Condon, Beloved brother of Florence (Fritz) Pardi, Albert (Judy) Poppenberg, and William Poppenberg. Survived by a niece and nephews. Service will be held at St Andrews RC Church, 24 Francis St., Sloan NY 14212 on Saturday, August 24th at 11AM. Family and friends are welcome.
