(nee Phelps)
July 10, 2022, age 88. Beloved wife of the late Jessie L. Wiggins Sr.; loving mother of Minnie Wiggins, Jessie L. Wiggins Jr., Carolyn (John) Wiggins-Bryant, Andre Wiggins, Dwayne Wiggins, Charlene (Tommy) Wiggins-Favors, and the late Angeline (Roland) Angolwisye; predeceased by seven siblings; sister-in-law of Lucy Mae Brown; also survived by many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will be present Monday from 10-11 AM at the (Delaware Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 1132 Delaware Ave. (near W. Ferry St.), where a Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 AM.
