Bobby Wayne Wiggins, 77, went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2026. Bobby served in the United States Navy and was a truck driver for over 37 years. He loved driving and always had "driving stories" to bring home to his family.
Bobby loved serving at the Lord's Supper table, it was so important to him to instill love and servitude in this family. He was a proud member of Middle Valley Church of Christ.
Bobby always found the humor in every situation and was always keeping his family laughing. If you met him, you had a friend instantly. Even when he couldn't communicate, he found a way to bring a smile to everyone's face with his sarcastic funny tee shirts. You could never leave him unsupervised or he was headed for the front door but a day never ended without hugs kisses and I love you.
"Dad, you are no longer by my side, but your love and lessons still guide my way."
He is preceded in death his parents, Alma Franklin and Annie Lee Wiggins, son, Terry Wayne Wiggins, brother, Willie Wiggins, sister, Jeanette Bradley and granddaughter, Jillian Middleton Wiggins. Bobby is also preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many extended family members.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Glenda Walden Wiggins, children, Joey (Jennifer) Wiggins, Ginger (Bill) Curvin, Eddie Wiggins and LeAnna Wiggins (Chad Whitten), grandchildren, Tyler (Summer) Wiggins, Candice Wiggins, Chad Wiggins, Chandler (Jessica) Wiggins, Terry Chase (Sydney) Wiggins, Breanna Wiggins, Tristan (Emma) Curvin, Chase Curvin, Mary Wiggins, Zoe Partin, Breanna Whitten and Mayci Whitten, 8 great grandchildren, sister, Susie (Robby) Gaultney, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
The family would also like to thank Hearth Hospice, especially Angie and Dru for their loving care. They became family and will continue to be.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to a Parkinson's
charity of your choice in memory of Bobby.
The family will receive friends and loved ones from 10:00 till 12:00 on Monday, January 26, 2026. Services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charlie Clements presiding. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
