Sandra APPLETON Obituary
May 20, 2021, beloved wife of Diane Zarate; loving daughter of the late Charles and Geraldine Appleton; dear sister of Paul (Nancy) Appleton; niece of Barbara (late Robert) Colern, and Robert (Elaine) Growe; also survived by cousins and many friends. Sandra was a member of the Buffalo Scleroderma Support Group. Memorials may be made to the Erie County S.P.C.A. A Celebration of Sandra's Life will be held at a later date. So sorry to read about Sandy´s passing.
I went to grammar school with Sandy. I such fun memorials of her, sometimes when I think about those days I find myself smiling thinking about Sandy is really silly way.
She was a great classmate.
Sorry I did find her in my adult life. Prayers to her family.

I met Sandy over a phone call years ago. She was funny, brave, and seemed to be so sure of herself. We reconnected a few years later at the Scleroderma Support Group. At the time I had no idea she was the same person I had such a great connection with years before. She always treated me with an amazing smile on her face a laugh and a wave. One thing I´ll never forget about Sandy is her willingness to push through anything. I haven´t met such a tough no nonsense woman in my 39 yrs on this earth. She will be greatly missed and I will always remember her and her kind soul. Fly high Sandy

sandy and I go back to nursing school and 9S, she was a beautiful person inside and out she not deserve the long time suffering she endured diana my deepest condolences to you and your family, I always remember how very much sandy loved you I will try and take comfort in her peace and not my sadness of her passing, RIP my dear friend I will lov u forever

Sandy you will be miss so much you had a heart of Gold , 14215 we salute you! We know heaven has received a beautiful Angel!
