Sandi and I were Sister-friends since freshmen year in high school. Even now, a year after her passing I find myself thinking " I need to talk to Sandi" and I reach for my phone. I know I can feel her presence, I pray she is with the angels.
" miss you girlfriend ".

Sandi was my sister from another mister.....we met in homeroom our freshman year at the Mount. She played pinochle so we became instant friends. Sandi taught me to play euchre and would drag me to Bingo. She baked the best Christmas cookies and tiramisu. Sandi was adopted and I was privileged to accompany her to meet her biological sister. We traveled together often especially to Mexico to visit her adopted children. I miss you Sandi. May you rest in peace.
