My sincere condolences to Stasiu's sister Lottie. I knew Stan from the neighborhood when he worked at NIC, and later. He also was a tenant of ours for a while, on Sycamore. Is there a funeral Mass being planned at a later date?

I would call him Stanley Steamer or just Steamer. We would send texts to each other. Steamer was a person of wit and humor. When I saw him in the neighborhood we would talk and laugh. He will be missed. God Bless!

Stan was a wonderful human being. He did so much for so many while he was the Director of the Polish community center and in later years wherever he saw the need. We will all miss him and I will miss our daily chats about the "good ol´ days".
Sincerely,
Rosemarie Bartus(an old friend)
