Age 70, of Wilson, NY, on February 2, 2023. Beloved husband of Robin (nee Howard) James of Wilson, NY; loving father of Ashley (James) Pond of Virginia, Cameron (Angelica) of Wheatfield, NY and Parker (Kailyn) of Nashville, TN; Grandfather of Beatrice, James, Rosemary, Neil, and Alice;Beloved son of Earline (Gallisdorfer) and the late Neil James; Loving brother of Debbie (Donald) Kramer of Syracuse, NY. Also survived by nieces Leandra, Kate and Lindsey. Steve was active in Buffalo's advertising and design community for many years. He loved music and art of all kinds, boating, and Buffalo Bills games. Steve was always ready with a funny quip, car repair story, or an offer of assistance. He had a vibrant, creative, loving personality and will be greatly missed by family and friends. A Celebration of Life to be held at a future date to be determined. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Alliance Foundation.
