STULAK-Theodore C. Formerly of Lackawanna, November 26, 2007, beloved husband of Elizabeth (Czuba) Stulak; Dear father in law of Janice (Malanowicz) Stulak and dear father of the late Ronald Stulak; grandfather to Brian, Stephanie and Aaron Stulak; brother of John Stulak and survived by several nieces and nephews; A Memorial Mass will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Arrangements by the J.W. EMBSER SONS FUNERAL HOME in Wellsville.
