Of Lackawanna, NY. Beloved daughter of Gina Renee Rice and Bryan M. Herring; Linda Herring (wife); cherished sister of Nicholas, Anthony, Theodore,"Teddy", Teresa Patti, Nathaniel C. Herring, Heather Domres. In addition, Tiara was survived by her paternal grandparents George Diamond Herring and Lula L(Gayles) Herring; aunts, uncles, cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 20th. Wake will begin at 11 a.m., and service to follow at 12 p.m. Prince Of Peace Temple 669 Kensington Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215.
