Walter, Wendy, and Judy:
I am glad to have known your Dad who I met 25 years ago. I loved talking about music, life, and family with him. He reminded me in many ways of my Dad who was from the same background... blue collar, depression-era, WWII, simple, loving, decent. His recovery from an earlier illness amazed me and reassured me with my own health concerns. I will miss our conversations and I am thankful for the friendship we had.
God bless you and your Dad... a great man.
Your friend, Don

Joanie and family, we were so sorry to hear of Walt's passing. While we realize no amount of sympathy, no matter how deeply felt can help much right now, but we wanted to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time. Walt was a wonderful, fun loving man and will be sorely missed.
