I considered Bill a good friend and former HUD coworker, he will be sorely missed. Bill always did things his way and no one could tell him otherwise. Bill was old school all the way. May god bless you and your family during this difficult time.

Sorry to learn of Bill's passing. I worked with him at HUD - - - fond memories of our discussions re: Navy life as my son was at the Naval Academy at the time. Very much a gentleman - deepest sympathy.

Please accept my deepest symphony for your loss. Harry Houser just lost his sister Marilynn. Meeting Harry the first time I asked how are Bill and Bob doing. I have nothing but fond memories of our happy times growing up together. Bill, sleep well my brother........you will always be in our hearts!
