Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Renner); dear father of William (Antoinette), Timothy (Jacqueline), Suzanne (Thomas) Russo, Colleen (Peter) Was, and the late Mary Lynn; cherished grandfather of Nicole (Joshua) Wojtaszczyk, Kristen (Jeff) Radzwill, Trish (Alex) Hycner, Jill Russo, Jacob Was, Madeline Was, and great-grandfather of 6. Also survived by nieces, nephews. Visitation Monday, 5-8 PM at the PACER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2275 George Urban Blvd, Depew (2 blocks east of Dick Rd). Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, 9:30 AM at St. Martha Parish, 10 French Rd., Depew. William was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Martha Parish and a member of the Buffalo Cursillo Movement. Seeing Bill at work always brightened my day. He had a way of making people feel special. I am thankful for the kindness he always showed me. And who could ever forget the best Santa there ever was. Such a vivid memory for me . Sending my thoughts and prayers for you all during this difficult time.
