Bill, you had an infectious laugh that we'll always miss. You'll always be remembered as a kind man with a good heart and soul. God Bless you.

To the children of William McCumiskey: May your memories of your father bring you love and peace. I was your elementary school librarian in Anchorage and remember John, Tom, Jackie, Diane and Cheryl. I have two book posters that Tom and Diane created.
I would love to hear from all five of you.

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
May the rain fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
May the lord hold you in the palm of His hand.

Bill was our rock in the radar room. Nothing fazed him and always a smile for his coworkers. Though we all drifted apart in later years it was always a pleasure to either see him at a friend's house or hear about his latest exploit. We'll miss you Bill.

Bill was the type of person you met once and remembered for life. Bill visited us in Florida one year and it seemed we knew him all of our life. Our condolences to his family.

I worked with Bill for many years at Mat-Su Pretrial in Palmer. He was always an interesting and entertaining companion on the long and boring night shifts keeping all of us on duty on our toes. God be with you Bill, you'll be missed by many.

Bill and I worked at Mat-Su Pretrial in Palmer.I was his Shift Sgt. for a few years. He had a great smile and great sense of humor. My special memory is when the two of us went Sockeye dip netting in Chitna,AK. It was a hilarious and precarious adventure and we both probably never laughed so hard in our lives at the things that happened to us. The Lord be with you Bill..
