Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 28, at Fawcett-Schmitz Funeral Home, Winthrop, with Rev. Vicki Engelmann officiating.
Visitation: 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Winthrop.
Cynthia Ann Kroeger was born August 2, 1947, in Independence, Iowa, the daughter of Bernard S. and Mae Lillian (Dennie) Kroeger. On June 3, 1978, Cindy was united in marriage to Edward Radigan in Chicago, Illinois.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Ed of Chicago, Illinois. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.
Fawcett-Schmitz Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Cindy and I worked together at FH Prince years ago. She hosted a lovely wedding shower for me at her home. I always felt Cindy was a very special person. Ed and Andrea I am so sorry.

I knew Cindy when we were younger. My parents, Bud and Marian Hare, and her parents were good friends. I ate at her restaurant when she was in Independence -enjoyed seeing her again after so many years. My deepest sympathy to her family. My husband recently passed away and know how hard it is to loose someone you love.
