Rhonda Wieneke Obituary
Visitation was Noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein. Interment was in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, rural Oelwein.
Rhoda Marie Fowlkes was born May 7, 1958, in Independence, the daughter of Charles Edward and Bertha Mae (Holub) Fowlkes. Rhoda was united in marriage to Harold Jacob Wieneke at the Methodist Church in Independence.
Rhoda is survived by her three daughters; three sons; brother, Nick (Pawn) Fowlkes of South Carolina; and two sisters, Jean Vaughn of Independence and Judy Pullin of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold in 2003; and brother, Chuck Fowlkes.
Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, is assisting the family.
