Pam,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. It is difficult for you to go through this being an only child, but remember we are here to support, help and love you. You were a wonderful daughter to your mother and father and I know they were so proud of you.

My childhood memories of my Great Aunt Bea are few but so very clear. My family visited from N.Y. quite often when I was young, and her home and her presence was so warm and felt so safe. I refer to those times as "the calm in the storm".

Over the years our relationship consisted of letters (who doesn't have a letter typed from Aunt Bea?) and phone conversations. She was so easy to talk with and she didn't judge, she never criticized. I felt good about me around her. She was a fun, happy lady and I think knowing her has made me a better person.

I was planning a road trip up this summer with my daughter. I'm sorry that will not happen, but thankful that she did not linger in illness.

I love you Aunt Bea. Peace be with you. xo

I didn't know Aunt Bea very well but I knew her through her nephew Bill Moulton (my very dear friend). I know she was a strong and independent woman. Bill adored her!! I spent some time at her house doing yard work summer 2010-she made me a sandwich in return. :)

Bea was such a wonderful person. She was a huge influence in my life from late teens right up until the present as she was the Aunt of my first wife, Marti Parker, and served as a surrogate mother during the formative years. She was like a special Aunt to my children and always a major fixture in their lives and that of my grand children right up to the present.

We are so happy she had a healthy life up until the short illness recently. Good blessed her with that as we were blessed with her presence in our lives. You will be with us always...thank you for everything, Aunt Bea...Love, Hugs and Eternal Peace.

We are very sad to learn of Bea's death...heard that she was ill just a day or two before leaving home, and are still visiting our daughter in Hawaii, so unable to attend a celebration of her life. She will certainly be missed as a friend and neighbor on Green Acres.

Sincerely, Mike & Carleen Lehouiller

As a member of the Vermont Federal Bank Mortgage Dept. I knew Bea well, and held her in the highest esteem. Always pleasant, cooperative and forward looking. Unfortunately I only saw her a couple of times after the Bank was sold, and we all went our separate ways. But on those occasions she still had that bright smile and cheery "Hello". She accomplished much, and is truly missed.

Pammy,
I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Bea. I just saw her after so many years at Aunt Ilene's services and it was so great to see her and catch up. She looked wonderful and just like I had remembered. I'm not sure I can make the services but will certainly try, but know my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have so many fond memories of VT and many pictures of us all. The memories are what keeps them here with us forever.
