Brent Shedd Obituary
Essex Junction - Brent Steven Shedd passed away peacefully on Friday, June 18, at The Respite House in Colchester, after a battle with cancer. Brent was born on February 19, 1958, the son of John and Juanita (Cross) Shedd. He grew up on the family farm in Fairfax with his many siblings. Brent graduated from BFA Fairfax in 1976 and later that year, began his 43 year career as a technician at IBM. In 2012 Brent met the love of his life, Anna Suba Shedd of the Philippines. Brent was one of the first friends I made when I moved to VT and started work at IBM. We played soccer together for about 10 years, and carpooled together for several years. He could always make me laugh. I loved spending time with Brent and will miss him.

Brent had such joy to life. He first talked to me about pickle ball, and now I play and enjoy it. He also showed wonderful joy and care to Anna. I am thinking of you Anna during this time.

Its bad when they leave us so young. Really a nice young man, and a great pickle ball partner. We never lost a tournament. And when he couldnt play he came and rooted for me. Said I reminded him of his dad. Anna I am very sorry for your loss.
