Dear Krieger family,
I was sorry to hear that Harriet had passed away. I realize that it has been many years since we have been in contact, but over those years I have often thought about the wonderful time that we shared. I will especially remember how kind and caring Harriett was while trying to keep all of us boys in line. She will definitely be missed.
My best to all of you.

Arnie and family,
Lauri and I are sending you all our deepest condolences. I am not sure if you remember me. But I am Cilla Miss Lil friend. We have met several times at Lils. Harriet had such a spunk and joy for life. I loved her laughter it was so contagious it just forced you to smile and laugh right along with her. She had such a great character and would laugh at herself and get you in on it. She always remembered us from the very first time she met us….She remembered details…she invested herself in us in remembering things that most people would have forgotten. There was warmth about her that radiated through her smile and laughter that just plainly made you feel good. We loved hearing her little jingles that she made up on the fly about any old thing. You can see that character of wonder in her book. We are proud owners of her book and read it to our grandkids all the time. Hey love it… and when I read it I can hear her voice and her little jingles… The kids love the illustrations…they are whimsical as she was. I ‘ll always remember how she loved to leave her lipstick marks on your cheek when she greeted you . Then she would touch your cheek ever so gently and say I left my mark on you. And she would touch it with her finger to seal it into your cheek. However Harriet left more then her mark on your cheek she would leave her prints and warmth in your heart and soul as well. She was a woman that touched many lives and made a difference to all she cross paths with. Her fun loving spunky personality will be truly missed along with her mark of her lipstick. We loved running into Harriet in the community. Thanks to Miss Lil getting us her book that was truly a work of Harriett’s life… that finally came to grow as she now harvested the laughter and wonder of all who read it. We will always here her voice and jingles in our hearts when we read it to the kids. I just wish they could here her voice as well.
Arnie and family we are so sorry to hear of your lost. We hope over time the sorrow in your hearts will turn to loving memories again and that you too shall all hear her jingles again in your heart…as you smile.
Hugs and love to all of you.
