Arnold “Roy” Schellman Obituary

Arnold "Roy" Schellman Jr., 74, of Forestville, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at Grove Manor in Grove City.
He was born Dec. 1, 1950, to the late Arnold Roy Schellman Sr. and Nora Mae Graham Schellman, in Pittsburgh. Roy married Kathleen Louise Moore on Sept. 17, 1988, and she survives at the residence.
Roy graduated from Franklin Regional High School in 1968 and was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Korea during the Vietnam War. He retired from AK Steel in 2016 after 18 years of service. Roy enjoyed coin collecting, fishing, hunting and spending time with family.
Survivors include wife, Kathy, at the residence; his children, Terri (Bobbie) Sullins and Deena Oliver of Butler, Sarah Schellman of New Castle, Tiffany Eastep of Liberty, Ohio, and Tegan Pavkovich of Butler; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Nora (Sonny) Wiegand and Laura (Bert) Burton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Tracy Lynn.
SCHELLMAN - Family of Arnold "Roy" Schellman Jr., who died Monday, March 24, 2025, will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 27, at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock. Pastor Jim Lewis will be officiating.
