Catherine Jack Obituary
Catherine M. Jack, 81, of Stonehouse Drive, Renfrew, passed away at 1:15 a.m. Friday at the Sugar Creek Rest in Worthington.
Born in Butler on June 6, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Carl Cooper and Irene D. Ferne.
Mrs. Jack was a waitress in several Butler area restaurants, including Roxy's Diner. She also had been employed at Zayre's department store.
She was a member of the Covenant Life Church in Butler.
Mrs. Jack is survived by her husband, Walter M. Jack, who she married on Feb. 6, 1960; two sons, Gerald Hughes and his wife, Laurel, of Mars and Eugene Jack of Florida; two daughters, Elaine McClure and her husband, James, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Susan Beck and her husband, Franklin, of Connoquenessing; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; one brother, David Fennell and his wife, Nancy, of Butler; three sisters, Dorothy Green and her husband, James, Joyce Sasse and her husband, Francis, and Anna Curtis and her husband, William, all of Butler.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
JACK - Friends of Catherine Jack, who died Friday, July 2, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Dean Addams of Covenant Life Church officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mt. Chestnut.

To All of Cathy's Family,
Cathy was always such a sweet person to work around at Zayre's. We had so many good times and could always complain to each other if something was amiss. I miss those times and Cathy too! The world has lost a sweet lady. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Mom you are now flying with the Angels in Gods Kingdom. I will miss you but we shall meet again in the kingdom of our Lord and Savior.
If tears could build a stairway and memories make a lane, I would walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. You are missed so much.
